I have seven rosebushes, but only one of them still has a single bud. Will she make it before the first frost strikes and withers her bloom? Only time will tell.

*Note: I took this picture at Watkins Glen, which is a gorgeous mini canyon in upstate New York. But what I marveled at the most was this tiny, unassuming gem blooming there.
